Working with our cohort of volunteers is one of the most rewarding experiences for staff at Resolve. It is especially enjoyable to watch new volunteers grow into skilled mediators and restorative justice facilitators. Every year we look to build our skilled volunteer team, and this year has proved especially fruitful.
