Kat Tatom

Kat Tatom brings experience in mental health services, outreach, and nonprofit leadership, with a background in residential treatment, case management, and community engagement. She has collaborated with schools, agencies, and coalitions to expand access to resources for youth and families, and her work has focused on advocacy, recruitment, and program support for vulnerable populations.

Kat’s commitment to restorative justice and community wellbeing is both professional and personal. She values equity, compassion, and connection, and she is honored to contribute these priorities to her service on Resolve’s Board of Directors.
