In this hands-on training, participants will learn the fundamental structure and purpose of restorative circles, gaining insights into why prioritizing connection is essential for building resilient communities. Whether used in workplaces, schools, or community groups, these practices help create a culture of respect and belonging. This session is designed for anyone interested in facilitating meaningful conversations and enhancing group cohesion.

This training can be taken as a stand alone course or as part of the RJ Facilitator bundle.
