Mediation and Facilitation Services

for Organizations, Businesses, and Individuals

We spend a huge part of our lives at work—often more time with coworkers than with our own friends and family. When workplace tensions arise, they can create stress, distraction, and frustration that affect both well-being and productivity.

But conflict doesn’t have to divide teams—it can be an opportunity for growth and understanding.

At Resolve, we help businesses and organizations build healthier workplaces through mediation, facilitation, and custom training designed to strengthen communication and collaboration. Our services create space for open conversations, stronger teamwork, and real solutions—so everyone can feel valued, heard, and at ease in the place where they spend so much of their time.

Getting Started: What to Expect When You Reach Out

Taking the first step toward resolution can feel daunting, but you don’t have to navigate conflict alone. At Resolve, we provide a safe, confidential, and neutral space to help individuals, teams, and organizations find common ground and move forward with confidence.

Step 1: A Free, Confidential Conversation

Every case starts with a free 1-hour intake session, where we listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and explore the best path forward. Whether you’re dealing with a workplace conflict, a leadership challenge, or a tough team dynamic, we’re here to help.

Your privacy matters: All conversations with Resolve mediators are strictly confidential. Our staff are certified civil mediators and follow professional ethical standards to ensure that what you share remains private and protected.

Learn more about these standards of practice here: https://ormediation.org/oma-assurance/

Step 2: Understanding Your Needs

During the intake, we’ll discuss:

  • What’s happening and how it’s affecting you or your team
  • Whether mediation, facilitation, or another approach is the best fit
  • What you hope to achieve and how we can support you
  • We know that conflict can be stressful. Our trained staff will guide the conversation at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Step 3: Planning for Resolution

If mediation or facilitation is the right next step, we’ll coordinate with everyone involved to set up a process that feels fair and productive. Our certified mediators and experienced facilitators create a structured yet flexible environment where all voices are invited and meaningful solutions can emerge.

Step 4: Moving Forward Together

Whether through a single session or an ongoing process, we work with you to build understanding, restore communication, and find practical solutions. The goal is not just to resolve the issue at hand, but to help strengthen relationships and create a healthier, more collaborative future.
