Resolve provides mediation services through the Jackson County Circuit Court for Small Claims and Eviction (Forcible Entry & Detainer) cases.

By helping both sides of a filed complaint discuss the conflict before escalating to a trial, mediation provides the opportunity to create better, thoughtful outcomes and save time, money, and stress for everyone involved.
