Refund Policy

At Resolve Center for Dispute Resolution and Restorative Justice, we are committed to fairness, transparency, and care in our financial practices. Please review the following guidelines regarding donations, event tickets, and training registration fees.

1. Donations

  • All donations made to Resolve are considered non-refundable, as they are immediately used to support our mission and programs.
  • If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction, wrong amount), you may submit a written refund request within 30 days of the transaction. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be returned via the original method of payment.

2. Event Tickets and Training Registrations

If Resolve cancels an event or training, all ticket or registration fees will be fully refunded.

If you cancel your registration:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the training start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made fewer than 14 days in advance are not eligible for a refund.

In such cases, you may:

  • Transfer your registration to another individual (please notify Resolve as soon as possible), or
Request that your payment be applied as a credit toward a future training or event.
No-show participants are not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing or by email to the Resolve office with the subject line “Refund Request.”
Your message should include:

  • Your full name
  • Date and amount of payment
  • Event or donation details
  • Reason for the request
  • Requests will be reviewed within 10 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.
